Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 768be ("768be", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 768be online casino and sports betting platform, including all games, payment services, promotional offers, customer support functions and any other features or content available through 768be.

By accessing the 768be platform, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in their entirety. 2. Account Registration and Management

Each natural person may hold only one registered account on 768be. Registering more than one account, whether under the same name, a different name, the same device, the same IP address or the same payment method, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 768be reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and historical wagers placed from those accounts, and permanently withhold any outstanding balances, including bonus balances.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 768be username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 768be will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials confidential. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 768be immediately by contacting support at [email protected] and change your password forthwith.

KYC Verification

768be operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. All players are required to complete identity verification prior to making their first withdrawal. Verification documents may include a national identity card, passport, driving licence, or any other government-issued photo identification accepted by 768be. Players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet and all other parts of Bangladesh are subject to the same KYC requirements without exception.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on 768be are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified. 768be does not charge players any fee for deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit at 768be is ৳500 BDT per transaction, applicable across all supported payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.
• Deposits are credited to your 768be account balance only after successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 768be is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification will not be able to withdraw funds from their 768be account.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. 768be does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

768be offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and VIP rewards programme benefits. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion at the time it is claimed:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only. Players under 21 are ineligible for all promotional offers regardless of account status.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated at the time the bonus is offered. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• 768be reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed. Once a bonus has been credited to a player's account, the applicable bonus terms apply for the duration of the wagering period stated.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the wagering process. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus balances and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses are valid for the duration specified in the individual promotional offer. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus wagers that remain uncommitted at the expiry of the bonus validity period will be removed from the player's account without compensation.

Players who have opted into a bonus offer may not make a withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. If a player elects to withdraw funds before satisfying the wagering requirement, 768be reserves the right to deduct the full bonus amount from the player's balance prior to processing the withdrawal request.

5. Responsible Gaming Obligations

768be is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides all registered players with access to the following responsible gaming tools via their account settings:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a deposit limit may not be increased for a minimum of 24 hours following the request to increase it.
• Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration. When the limit is reached, the player's session will end automatically.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to cease gambling activity on 768be may activate self-exclusion from their account settings. Self-exclusion is permanent and irreversible once confirmed. Self-excluded players may not re-register under any circumstances.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 768be platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated scripts, bots, software or any other artificial means to interact with the 768be platform, gain an unfair advantage or circumvent platform security measures.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing in any sports betting market, or any coordinated activity designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
• Registering more than one account on 768be, or registering on behalf of another person without their full knowledge and consent.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud or any other unlawful source.
• Providing false or misleading information at registration, during KYC verification, or at any other time when information is requested by 768be.

768be employs automated monitoring systems and human review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, 768be may place a temporary hold on account activity pending investigation. Players under investigation retain no entitlement to withdraw funds until the investigation is concluded.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 768be platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, user interface design, text, imagery, audio and video — is the property of 768be or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 768be platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit or exploit any 768be content for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of 768be.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 768be shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with: (a) any interruption, suspension or termination of the 768be platform or any game; (b) any error, omission or inaccuracy in any game result or payout calculation; (c) any unauthorised access to a player's account arising from the player's own failure to maintain credential s confidentiality; or (d) any loss of data, loss of profits or loss of opportunity. 768be's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the 768be platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 768be's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

768be reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has breached these Terms, including by engaging in any prohibited conduct described in Section 6 above.
• The player has failed to complete mandatory KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 768be following a formal verification request.
• 768be is required to do so by any regulatory authority, law enforcement body, court order or other binding legal instrument.

10. Changes to These Terms

768be reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 768be will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the 768be platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the 768be platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
